Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Brooks Automation GF040CXXC-0028005L-T2AVP4-XXXXAX-00C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Browning products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brush parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bucher product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Browning such as the 40HQ150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9615036 manufactured by Brush and we are pleased to be able to service most Brush systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30202744 by Manufacturer Bucher as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Brown--Sharpe Brand EN10005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Brother such as B5210486 equipment made by Brother have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brother products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brother" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available U01E435N made by Browning as well as the popular P1177842USN original spares produced by Bsi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 55V1030E by Browning and B5210486 spares by Brother are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G3L18N030UTM010WAX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brother.
